The time for beer has arrived again, my friends. So let us try some brews that represent the US best. Trying different, fun things is supposed to happen, it’s one of the great joys in life. People sometime get stuck with the same old agenda, and we are here to change that. Four beers as always…something new and fun folks, so here we go.
First Collaboration not Litigation by Avery. This collaboration is made from two great brewers Adam Avery of Avery and Vinnie Cilurzo of Russian River. A well made ale with a great balance of hops and malts. A must try. $8
Second Double Dead Guy by Rogue. If you know Rogue, you know how well they make brews! If you don’t know it, it’s time to find out. This is the Double Dead Guy – Holy Shit is this beer a monster. The nose reminds me of candy Whoppers for some reason, just because of the malt I suppose, but damn it’s tasty. $12
Third Black Orchard by The Bruery. This Belgian Style beast has tones of spice and is brewed with wheat and oats. Likened to a black ale, this beer is unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Which means the beer is always evolving. $8.25
And Last Kriek-Lips Of Faith by New Belgium. Lips of Faith series from New Belgium tend to be pretty fun beers. This beer in particular is brewed with cherries, about 45% cherries, sort of styled after a Lambic Ale. This beer is not made often so it’s a must try. $15
If you got time to lean you have time to check out our Beer Tasting down at the Cellar at 5-7. Tell your friends and stop on down for a good time.
Cheers!!
