Is Spanish Wine the Best Value?

Being wine drinkers and wine buyers, we try to bring to the Cellar wines that have great value.  This brings me to discuss  Spanish wines.  Wine Enthusiast’s most recent issue talks about Spain, and some of their best reds, which is fine but they are very expensive.   Knowing that people have less money to spend, we want to provide them with value and consistency.  Spain has become a interesting mix of old world wines and new world wines.   The climate is so hot and arid in some parts, that certain wines become very opulent and rich, others just become great table wines that are very versatile with any dish.
